Service Terms & Requirements

You agree and understand that it is required that You provide us with Your full legal name and phone number upon making an appointment. You understand that New Paradise Men’s Spa has the right to request a viewing of Your valid photo ID to confirm Your identity at any time before or after Your service. You agree to provide such information when requested. 

You understand that the services provided by New Paradise Men’s Spa are not a replacement for any kind of medical care. You understand and agree that none of our services should be considered a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, that no medical diagnosis will be made, and that You should see a medical provider for any medical issues You may have. You understand that it is Your responsibility to inform New Paradise Men’s Spa and Your therapist or esthetician of any pre-existing conditions, limitations, or specific sensitivities prior to Your service. You understand and agree that New Paradise Men’s Spa is not liable for any bodily injury possibly or directly resulting from any of our services due to Your failure to inform us of anything You agreed to previously inform us of. 

If You experience pain or discomfort or are uncomfortable for any reason during a service, You agree to immediately ask the therapist or esthetician to adjust the manipulation, massage technique, draping, pressure, heat, or environment. If the therapist or esthetician is unable to relieve Your discomfort after You request an adjustment, You agree that You will inform the therapist or esthetician that You would like to end the service immediately. You agree that if a service is unsatisfactory for any reason, You have up to 10 minutes starting at the beginning of Your treatment to request a new therapist or esthetician to complete the remainder of Your service. You understand that this can only be done if another technician or esthetician is available at that time and that You may have to wait. If You have any concerns about Your therapist or esthetician, You agree to bring those concerns to the attention of the front desk receptionist immediately. You understand that Your failure to immediately inform the front desk or management of any concerns means we cannot verify the authenticity of any claims made after Your service.

Genitalia will not be exposed or massaged at any time during any service. Modest draping will be used during services to cover such private areas during massages should You not elect to wear underwear during any treatment. You understand and completely agree (without exception) that if You act inappropriately, solicit any kind of illegal service, or attempt to solicit any kind of illegal service or activity from anyone at New Paradise Men’s Spa, that You will be responsible for 100% of the cost of Your service, plus a 20% mandatory service charge. You also understand and agree without exception that after making Your full payment You will be immediately asked to leave. You understand that New Paradise Men’s Spa has a responsibility to report You to the authorities in such situations and You agree to cooperate in any investigations thereunto pertaining. 

Inappropriate or illegal conduct will not be tolerated or allowed. You agree that New Paradise Men’s Spa may, at its sole discretion, refuse or discontinue a service if it determines such service may be unsafe or cause discomfort for You or our employees. 

Cancellations are allowed, penalty free, 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment. You understand and agree that New Paradise Men’s Spa will attempt to accommodate small schedule changes if possible, albeit, You also understand and agree that New Paradise Men’s Spa will be the sole determinant in allowing such schedule changes. You understand that if You arrive late for an appointment, You will still be liable for the full cost of Your service, even if the amount of time You received the service is less than what You scheduled for the service, due to Your lateness. You agree that cancellations made anywhere between 12 and 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment may be liable for a 30% late-service-cancellation fee. That would amount to 30% of the total cost (including tax) of Your scheduled service. You understand that cancellations made between 0 and 12 hours prior to a scheduled appointment may be liable for 60% of the total cost (including tax) of Your scheduled service. You also understand and agree without exception that no-shows are subject to 80% of the total cost (including tax) of Your scheduled service.
